Yes, every piece at Pandemonium Millinery is handcrafted by skilled artisans. We use traditional millinery techniques and high-quality materials to ensure each hat is a unique work of art.
What is your shipping policy for delicate items?
We take extreme care in packaging. All hats are shipped in reinforced, archival-quality boxes with acid-free tissue paper to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We offer both standard and expedited shipping worldwide.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke millinery for weddings, races, and special events. Please contact our design team via the 'Custom Orders' page to begin the consultation process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, items must be returned in their original packaging. Custom-made and bespoke orders are final sale.

We recommend storing your hat in its provided box, away from direct sunlight and moisture. For felt hats, use a soft-bristled brush for cleaning; for straw or fabric pieces, a light dusting with a dry cloth is best.
